About The Attorney

Tracy Nolan
Ms. Nolan’s practice centers on estate planning, probate administration, guardianship, conservatorship, probate litigation, adoption and family law. Tracy enjoys guiding families through the process where important life events and the law intersect.
Tracy came to the law rooted in her deeply held desire to protect the vulnerable. Today, in her work for her clients, she combines this protective instinct with the tools that help families reach solutions, and whenever possible, to prevent unnecessary conflict and legal expense. However, sometimes out-of-court solutions are not possible, and there, Tracy stands ready to zealously advocate on behalf of her clients.
Tracy began her law practice after a judicial fellowship with Honorable Robert H. Russell II and Honorable Juanita Rice in Arapahoe County District Court, where she honed her understanding of effective domestic relations advocacy. Other areas of her focus included juvenile law emphasizing best interests of children through the Child Advocacy Clinic at University of Denver School of Law, an internship at the Denver City Attorney Child Protection Unit, and volunteering Court Appointed Special Advocate.
She is a mother of two young boys, and is also Spanish speaker, yoga teacher, Colorado native, volleyball player, and serves on the Board of Trustees of her church.
